21 Day Fix APPROVED Whole Wheat & Zucchini Goat Cheese Pasta

Some ingredients. All from my Fresh Co-Op OR Trader Joes.
Okay I am like the WORST recipe follower haha. I usually make it up as I go but HERE is my recipe for Whole Wheat & Zucchini Goact Cheese Pasta. 

What you need: 

I zucchini
Whole Wheat Spaghetti ( I pre portion for 21 Day Fix Measurments) 1 Tablespoon of Crumbled Goat Cheese 
Olive Oil 
1/8 teaspoon of Red Pepper flakes (I really like spicy so I do more  ) 
about a Tablespoon and half of minced garlic
A sprig of parsley
salt and pepper to taste 

What you do  
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. 
2. Veggetti (this is a Veggetti)  your zucchini and add in sauce pan with a drizzle of olive oil and some of the garlic, salt and pepper and saute to your liking. I had mine on for about 3 minutes. Transfer from pan to bowl or side plate. 
3. In the saucepan (where your zucchini was cooking) add in about 3 tablespoons of olive oil, red pepper flakes, remaining garlic, chopped up parsley (don't forget to chop it ha) and salt/pepper. 
4. Let the sauce simmer a bit, till the garlic smells flavorful. Add your drained pasta and zucchini into the pan and toss. 
5. Add the crumbled goat cheese on top and enjoy!!!

Makes about 4-6 Servings. Each serving for me from 21 Day Fix is: 2 Yellow, 1 Green and 1 blue, 2 Teaspoons

It's A LOT OF FOOD!!! & SOOO Yummy!!!
