Toaster Oven Kale Chips

If you have been tracking with us you will know that we have been doing a home renovation which means I am using very little equipment to make my healthy meals. Which can be frustrating but I am on the brink of having a brand new kitchen, so how can I complain about that?

So here is my recipe for Toaster Oven Kale Chips but they can easily be made in a regular over in 1 batch rather than 3 with my toaster over :)

What You Need:

Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Tin Foil
Cookie Sheet
Oven/Toaster Oven-DUH ;)

What You Do:

1. Tear them up to the size that you would like but they shrink A LOT so not small.
2. Space them out on your cookie sheet, lined with tin foil.
3. Drizzle with olive oil or I like to mist them with one of THESE GUYS but I couldn't find mine so I just drizzled and made sure each one was covered lightly (you can use basting brush, spoon, ect...)
4. Salt and Pepper them. Add on garlic salt, lemon, cayenne pepper or whatever seasonings you think would be tasty!
5. Pop them in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Checking on them ever so often. Every oven is different and depends how crunchy you like them.

These are a perfect healthy snack to take wherever you go :)
