21 Day Fix Extreme: 2 Ingredient Pancakes

YUM! These guys are freaking awesome and super healthy and SIMPLE!!!! They taste like a banana bread pancake. See instructions below!



INGREDIENTS: 

2 EGGS
1 RIPE BANANA
1/2 TEASPOON OF CINAMON (you could add more if you like)

RECIPE:


1. Add all ingredients together in blender and blend till smooth, Let it set for 2-3 minutes to thicken up.
2. Grab a skillet and pour out 3 inch(ish) pancakes. Makes about 4 pancakes. When they start to bubble, flip carefully!
3. Add fruit on top, peanut butter or a little bit of maple syrup. Add any topping your heart desires!

4 Pancakes---->1 RED and 2 PURPLE
